   DAY 01/20 DEC                   ARRIVAL MEDAN/NORTHinfo@cruisetoday.ca SUMATRA–BUKIT LAWANG

Transfer to the airport Denpasar for flight to Medan (transit in Jakarta), and on arrival at Kuala Namu  International airport Medan short city tour visiting Sultan Palace, Great Mosque, Chinese temple and then drive to Bukit Lawang with stop at several plantations for Rubber and Palm oil arrival at Bukit Lawang check in to hotel.

  Meals: Dinner at hotel, lunch at local restaurant.

DAY 02/21 DEC                     BUKIT LAWANG – TRACKING

After breakfast walking through the bank of the river and then crossing the river by traditional canoe and then continue climbing up to the jungle to see Orang Utan on their feeding time, after feeding time of Orang Utan walking deeper inside the jungle where the possibility to see several kinds of flora and fauna at Tropical rain forest, the tracking will take about 3 hours, after tracking return back to hotel. Afternoon free at own leisure to enjoy the nature of Bukit Lawang where you can also walking to the village around the hotel

DAY 03/22 DEC                     BUKIT LAWANG – BRASTAGI

After breakfast drive to Brastagi on the way stop at Sembahe River, passing Sibolangit, and arrival at  Brastagi visiting Lhumbini Park with its duplicate of Shwedagon pagoda, then visit fruit market, and Gundaling Hill.

Afternoon check in to hotel.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner at hotel, lunch at local restaurant.

DAY 04/23 DEC                     BRASTAGI SAMOSIR

After breakfast drive to Parapat on the way visit Batak Karo traditional village in Dokan, Sipiso-piso waterfall, Rumah Bolon (Long house) the old palace of Batak Simalungun Kings and Simarjarunjung to see the view of Lake Toba, upon arrival at Parapat crossing to Samosir Island by ferry boat arrival at Samosir check in to hotel.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner at hotel, lunch at local restaurant.

DAY 05/24 DEC                     SAMOSIR EXCURSIONS

After breakfast excursion on Lake Toba by car or ferry boat and visiting several Batak Toba traditional villages:

- Tomok: to see the oldtomb of Sidabutar Kings.

- Ambarita: to see stone chair and table the execution place of Sialagan Kings.

- Simanindo: to see Batak Toba traditional dance (Tor-Tor) and museum.

Afternoon return back to hotel.

DAY 06/25 DEC                     SAMOSIR – MEDAN

After breakfast crossing back to Parapat and then drive Medan via Pematang Siantar and Tebing tinggi, stop will be made at several interesting places. Arrival in Medan directly check-in to your hotel

DAY 07/26 DEC                     MEDAN – YOGYAKARTA (transit Jakarta) – PRAMBANAN TEMPLE

Morning transfert to the airport for flight to Yogyakarta. On arrival in Yogyakarta, visit Prambanan temple. The Temple of Prambanan, this UNESCO World Heritage Building was constructed by Sanjaya Dynasty in 9th century and dedicated to the Hindu Trinity (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva), also visiting Sewu and Plaosan Temple in the vicinity. After that check-in at hotel.

DAY 08/27 DEC                  YOGYAKARTA – BOROBUDUR + CITY TOUR

Start with a visit to Borobudur Temple. This majestic temple was constructed by Syailendra Dynasty in 8th century and often hailed as one of the world’s architectural masterpiece. The tour also includes visits to Mendut and Pawon Temples nearby.

Return to Yogyakarta and then browse through small alleys leading to Sultan’s Palace thence walk further on to Taman Sari (ruins of Water Palace, built by 1st Sultan), batik procession and fabrication of silver in Kota Gede

In the evening, dinner cultural Evening event. Enjoy sumptuous Indonesian-buffet dinner at Gazebo Restaurant in Purawisata next enjoy the epic Ramayana Ballet Dance performed by skilful local artists. Return transfers from hotel are provided.

DAY 09/28 DEC                  YOGYA - DENPASAR BALI – SANUR

On arrival at Ngurah Rai international airport, great and transfer to hotel at Tanjung Benoa/Nusa Dua. Installation at hotel, and free at leisure, relax at swimming pool or on the beach

Meals: Breakfast at hotel, lunch at local restaurant. No dinner

DAY 10/29 DEC                  SANUR – FREE PROGRAM

Free program with your own activities, relax on the beach or swimming pool

DAY 11/30 DEC                  TANAH LOT – BEDUGUL - MENGWI

Depart for Tanah Lot temple built on the ocean rock on the exotic west. Then Alas Kedaton monkey forest, a natural reserve of monkeys and bats. Jatiluwih, the very beautiful rice terrace, and then Bedugul with its beautiful views of Lake Beratan and Ulun Danu Temple. En route stops will also be made to visit Mengwi the former Royal Temple of Taman Ayun.

DAY 12/31 DEC                  SANUR – LABUHAN BAJO

Transfer to the airport Denpasar for morning flight to Labuanbajo. On arrival direct transfer to your preferred hotel.

Afternoon visit Batu Cermin Cave and Puncak Waringin to view the local harbor to view its picturesque sunset.

Dinner will be served at a local restaurant before return to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 13/01 JAN                  LABUHAN BAJO – RINCA/KOMODO-LABUHAN BAJO

Early morning transfer to the harbor to get on board a local motorized boat to Rinca Island OR Komodo Island.

Morning trekking in Rinca or Komodo to see the activities of Komodo dragons in their pure environment, then proceeds to Bidadari Island or Pink Beach.

You will have chance to swim and snorkel before returning to Labuan Bajo. Dinner will be at local restaurant. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 14/02 JAN                  LABUHAN BAJO – DENPASAR –SANUR

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight back to Bali. On arrival in Bali, transfers to hotel.

DAY 15/03 JAN                  SANUR – GILI TRAWANGAN

Morning transport to Seaport in Sanur for speed boat to Gili Trawangan. It takes around 2h30 crossing by speed boat depend on current. On arrival, transfer to hotel

DAY 16-17/04-05 JAN     GILI TRAWANGAN – FREE PROGRAM

Free at leisure with your own program/activities.

Gili Trawangan is the best place for snorkeling and diving spot

DAY 18/06 JAN                  GILI TRAWANGAN – RETURN TO BALI

Return to Bali by speed boat. It takes around 2h30 crossing depend on current. On arrival, transfer to hotel and free at leisure.

DAY 19/07 JAN                  TRANSFERT OUT

Breakfast serve at hotel. Free at leisure until time to be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
